UPDATED: April 29, 2021 – Total Dividends for March is supposed to be $16.43, not $17.43. I’ve changed all the data to correct my mistake, which I only found a month later lul.
Another month, another dividend income update! This time, I’m sharing the results for March!
TLDR; I have a video as well if you’re not interested in reading.
Here’s a breakdown of my March 2021 dividends.
PCI | $ 2.44 |
AGNC | $ 1.56 |
O | $ 2.58 |
STAG | $ 4.35 |
SCHH | $ 0.05 |
GOOD | $ 4.51 |
LAND | $ 0.94 |
In total, I made $16.43 in March.
Compared to last quarter, December, we see a decrease of $0.66. Here are the increases and decreases in my dividends compared to last quarter:

O -$0.12 (due to special dividend)
SCHH -$0.70
STAG -$0.03
GOOD +0.25
LAND (no change)
Compared to last month, February, dividends were lower by $9.58. Here are the increases and decreases in my dividends compared to last month:
PCI (no change)
AGNC (no change)
SCHH (no previous dividends)
O (no change)
STAG (no change)
GOOD +$0.25
LAND (no change)
March, and it’s succeeding quarters, has historically been the lowest paying months for me. I wanted to increase my positions in SCHH, but it hasn’t dipped to the levels that I want yet. As of this writing, the price is around $42. I will add more when the opportunity, and the funds, presents itself at around $40.
I’ve continued to add more positions recently to T and GOOD, all thanks to the extra cash I got from selling the free stocks I got from WeBull (around $20). And I will continue to add to those 2 stocks because they’re positioned to increase more in value in the next coming months.
