Another month, another dividend income update! This time, I’m sharing the results for February.

In total, I made 26.01 in February.
Compared to last quarter, November, we see an increase of $5.74. Here are the increases and decreases in my dividends compared to last quarter:

I’m going to keep adding more to my REIT positions. With the rising rates so far, it seems that REITs are benefitting from them and are rallying. This is why my current portfolio value has seen an increase of at least $100 (as of this writing).
Plus, more REITs just means more stability for my dividends. Of course, I still need to diversify my portfolio with different stocks from different sectors. I’m thinking of renewables, maybe?
