For May, I added 3 more NRZ shares at $10.19, bringing my average cost to $13.11 with 30 shares in total. I placed a limit order on the 20th at $10.34 for 3 shares, but it got cancelled since the price went higher that day.
On that same day, I bought 3 more AT&T shares at $29.55, bringing my average cost to $32.29 with 30 shares in total. Mind you, this purchase was before I knew about the dividend cut. So if you’re wondering why I purchased more, there you go. If you’ve read my previous article, I mentioned that I won’t be adding more to this position until I see better news from the AT&T issue.
So far, we are doing well with my dividends. O is still too high for me to buy right now, same as STAG. I have $40 more that I can use, and I’m planning to buy more shares for either NRZ or GOOD this month.
In a couple of months, I will reach my $7,000 portfolio goal and I’ll adjust accordingly to accommodate a new goal for the remainder of the year.
